What is Google Penalty? Tips To recover from Google Penalization

Google Panelized my Website this is really a big issue for website owner but it is really tuff job for seo to recover from this problem. I see most of SEO's fail to do so and clients are even thinking the problem is just from seo only but it is not like that as when the Google's Panda update introduced in market it changed a view to look at each website. There are some really hard working SEO's who read all updates and follow it there are some other guys who just read don't get updated this is what i think a problem.

Google panda was a good update from google which says that we don’t want a site which is seo Friendly but we want a site which is visitor friendly. That is what the reason why panda calculate more links as spam and don’t calculate more links for better ranking but it is also not true that it does not calculate value of links they just count links which are related and which have good value in market (the domain does not have any adult links or it should not be in ‘C’ Class Domain list). This is where our link builders get punishment as they don’t even think about domain or relevancy they just put a link as a free link but it hearts a site lot. I suggest my friends to hire somebody who has skills not the person who is able to give you 100 links a day because if google panelize your website link builders will not be able to solve the problem they just leave the work or they will say that is New update in Google. To recover from such problems you need to have a SEO who can do analysis of your website.

This is not a story this was truly happened with one of my client and now with some changes in website with with reconsideration request to google (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration )  helped him a lot into google's Search Index and now he is back in market.
